- Yes, a shuttle will provide transportation to and from the wedding only from the following locations: • Parkside Resort Cabins • Sherwood Forest Cabins • Holiday Inn Pigeon Forge • The Black Fox Lodge • Margaritaville Island Hotel • Tru by Hilton • Hilton Garden Inn • Fairfield Inn & Suites • Courtyard by Marriott • If you choose to stay elsewhere the shuttle will pick you up at the bottom of the mountain road where you will park your vehicle at the Smoky Mountain Zipline (please see the Travel tab).

- While we encourage all the photos and selfies during the cocktail hour and reception, we kindly ask that you please refrain from picture taking during the ceremony. This will be an "unplugged ceremony" and we thank you for your understanding.

- Our wedding hashtag is #headoverhill

- The ceremony will be outdoors with the reception being a mix of both. Dinner will be served inside and later in the evening large doors will be opened to create an open floorplan.

- The dress code will be semi formal. Please keep in mind the weather and have layers if you often get warm or cool.

- Please refrain from wearing any shade of white. Only exception is men's dress shirts.

-Although we love all of our friends and families little ones, due to the venue location and limited space, we unfortunately cannot accommodate children – thank you for your understanding.
